This Privacy Policy explains how M.Wolf Media & Marketing LLC, doing business as Provision Digital ("we," "us," "Provision Digital") collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit our websites or use our services, including shop.provisionsdigital.com, the Scale Your Ads Playbook, and related add-ons.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us directly

When you purchase a product or fill out a form, we collect:

• Contact info: name, email address, phone number
• Business info: business name, niche, website, location, offer details (for service add-ons)
• Payment info: we do not store credit card numbers. Stripe collects and stores payment data on our behalf.
• Course activity: which lessons you've viewed, marked complete, and which intake forms you've submitted
• Help requests: if you submit a callback request, we collect the message and contact info you provide

Information collected automatically

• Cookies and similar technologies: we use cookies to keep you logged in (a session cookie that lasts 30 days) and to track conversion events for advertising
• Usage data: pages visited, time on site, referring URL, browser type, IP address
• Meta Pixel and Conversion API: we use Facebook's pixel and Conversion API to track ad performance and conversions
• Google Analytics / Google Ads tracking (where applicable)

2. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Deliver the products you purchased: provision your course account, send login links, deliver paid services
• Process payments: via Stripe
• Communicate with you: transactional emails (login links, purchase confirmations, delivery notifications), service-related emails, and (where you've opted in) marketing emails
• Improve our products: understand which lessons are being used, where buyers get stuck, and where to invest in better content
• Measure advertising effectiveness: via Meta and Google to figure out which ad campaigns drive results
• Prevent fraud and abuse: protect against chargebacks, account sharing, and unauthorized access

5. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as you have an active account and as needed to provide the Services. Specifically:

• Account data: retained while your account is active
• Course progress: retained while your account is active
• Intake form submissions (audit, GHL, LP): retained indefinitely for service delivery and historical reference, unless you request deletion
• Payment records: retained as required by tax and accounting law (typically 7 years)
• Marketing data: retained until you opt out

You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@provisionsdigital.com. Note that we may need to retain certain records (like transaction history) to comply with legal obligations.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Access: request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Correction: request that we correct inaccurate information
• Deletion: request that we delete your personal information (subject to legal retention requirements)

Our Services are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you are a parent and believe your child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.

• API keys and secrets stored securely as Cloudflare environment variables
• Payment data handled exclusively by Stripe (PCI-DSS compliant)

No system is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

11. International data transfers

We are based in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the US, your information will be transferred to, processed, and stored in the US, where data protection laws may differ from your jurisdiction.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-course notification.
