These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of products, services, and websites operated by M.Wolf Media & Marketing LLC, doing business as Provision Digital ("we," "us," "Provision Digital"), including shop.provisionsdigital.com, the Scale Your Ads Playbook, and any related add-ons, software, or services we offer (collectively, the "Services").
By purchasing, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction to use the Services. By purchasing, you represent that you meet these requirements.
When you purchase the Scale Your Ads Playbook, we create an account for you using the email address provided at checkout. Access to the course platform is via passwordless email magic link.
You are responsible for keeping the email address you used at checkout secure. Anyone with access to that inbox can request a login link and access your course.
You may not share your account or course access with others. Course content is licensed to you individually for personal use within your business.
The Scale Your Ads Playbook and most paid add-ons (Ad Copy Vault, Pro Media Buyer Audit, Custom Landing Page Build) are one-time purchases. You will be charged at checkout for the amount displayed.
The Done-For-You GoHighLevel Account add-on includes a 30-day free trial. After the free trial ends, your account will automatically convert to a recurring monthly subscription at $97/month, billed automatically until canceled.
You may cancel this subscription at any time by emailing support@provisionsdigital.com before your next billing date, or by using the in-course cancellation flow.
All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your credit card information. Your use of payment processing is also subject to Stripe's terms.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
All course content, tools, software, templates, and materials provided as part of the Services are owned by Provision Digital and protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark law.

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Services may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to factors outside our control.
We may update, modify, or improve the Services at any time. We may add or remove course modules, tools, or features. We will not materially reduce the value of what you purchased without notice or compensation.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Services, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Results are not guaranteed. The Scale Your Ads Playbook teaches strategies and tactics that have worked for our team and our clients. Your results will depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, your offer, your budget, your execution, and economic conditions. No income or results are promised or guaranteed.
Any income examples shown in our marketing or course materials are examples and are not necessarily typical. Most people who buy any business education do not implement the material or achieve the example results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Provision Digital and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, arising from or related to your use of the Services.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Provision Digital from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or initiate a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us.
You may stop using the Services at any time. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except as described in our Refund Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be communicated to you via email or in-course notification. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
